Important pricing note
If the booking form is sent back and confirmed in 2025, 2025 prices will apply. Payment must be received by the end of January 2026. Otherwise, PCIC reserves the right to charge 2026 prices.

Company representatives package
Sponsors may order reduced-rate delegate packages for company representatives.
- 3 delegates package: €2,300
- 5 delegates package: €3,700
- Offer available until the end of January.
- Names must be added by 1 May 2026.
Evening Welcome Drink
Gold and Platinum sponsors can request additional branding during the main delegate evening.

PCIC special gift
Companies may distribute a branded gift to attendees on arrival or during the welcome reception.
Package: €2,000
Gift proposal to be shared with PCIC Energy by the end of February 2026.
Hospitality suites
Hospitality suites are available by expression of interest. Platinum sponsors have priority access, followed by Gold and Silver sponsors.
- Hospitality Room Rate: €1,250 per night.
- Catering is contracted separately with the hotel.
- Only one marketing representative allowed for general support.

Ready to take a sponsor position?
Fill in the booking form, include your company logo in PNG format and the link to your company website, then send everything to the sponsorship team.
Sponsors are expected to provide a small pop-up display or banners for the display table. Audio or verbal presentations are not allowed unless hosted in a hospitality suite. The sponsor also commits to not take more than 10 delegates outside of the hotel.
